Validity of the Sales Contract, Goods, and Price Information
Growshop Asia Ltd, located at 235/13 Sukhumvit Soi 77 (Onnut 1), Phra Khanong Nuea Sub-District, Wattana District, Bangkok 10110, Thailand, owner of the Web Store growshop.asia (hereinafter referred to as the "Web Store").
These terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Web Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Web Store are listed alongside the respective products. Additional charges apply for the delivery of goods.
The cost of delivery depends on the location of the buyer and the chosen method of delivery. The applicable service fee will be shown to the buyer during the order completion process.
Information about the goods is provided directly on the Web Store’s product pages.
Order Completion
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The total charge, including the delivery fee, will then be displayed. Payment can be made via bank link or other payment methods provided by the Web Store.
The agreement becomes valid upon receipt of the payment by the Web Store.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to unavailability or other reasons, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. Any payments made, including delivery costs, will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of notification.
Shipping
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom.
The cost of shipping is borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed alongside the delivery method.
Goods shipped within Thailand generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2-10 business days from the entry into force of the contract of sale. In exceptional cases, the Web Store has the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
Goods shipped outside Thailand typically arrive within 2 to 25 business days from the date the sales contract enters into force. In exceptional cases, the Web Store has the right to deliver goods within 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the electronic agreement within 7 days. This right does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the right of withdrawal within the 7-day period, the goods must not be used in any way other than to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be permitted in a physical shop.
If the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to confirm their proper function, nature, and operation, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Web Store has the right to refuse the return or refund.
To return the goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal form, available here, to info@growshop.asia within 7 days of receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the product does not conform to the order (e.g., an incorrect or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 7 days of submitting the withdrawal application or provide proof of having delivered the goods to a carrier within this period.
The Web Store will refund the buyer immediately upon receipt of the returned goods, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application. Refunds include all payments received under the sales contract, except for any additional delivery costs incurred due to the buyer’s selection of a more expensive delivery option.
The Web Store may refuse to refund until the goods have been returned or the buyer provides evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.
The Web Store reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract and reclaim goods if the product’s price was marked significantly below market value due to an error.
Right to File a Complaint
The Web Store is responsible for any non-conformities or defects in the goods that existed at the time of delivery. This responsibility lasts for up to two years from the date of delivery. It is presumed that defects discovered within the first six months existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise by the Web Store.
The buyer must notify the Web Store of any defects within two months of discovering them by emailing info@growshop.asia or calling +66-96-757-0287.
The Web Store is not responsible for defects caused after delivery to the buyer or for damages incurred during transportation by postal services.
If the goods are found to be defective, the Web Store will repair or replace them. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Web Store will refund the buyer in full.
The Web Store will respond to complaints in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Web Store uses personal data (including name, phone number, address, email address, and bank details) solely for processing orders and delivering goods. Personal data is shared with delivery service providers for shipping purposes.
Newsletters and promotional offers are sent to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has opted in. The buyer may unsubscribe at any time by contacting the Web Store or following the instructions in the email.
The Web Store complies with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and ensures secure handling of personal data.
Solving Disputes
If the buyer has any complaints, they should contact the Web Store at info@growshop.asia. If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the buyer may contact Thailand’s Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) or other relevant authorities for resolution.
