Shipping Policy

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfil all items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to confirm whether you prefer to wait for the backordered item to restock or request a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected along with the purchase. This will be the final shipping cost for the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

UrbanGardening will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a return request is received within 7 days of receipt of the item and the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and they must arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed in the form of store credit for future purchases. We will notify you by email once this has been completed.

UrbanGardening will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the shipping costs.

3.2 Warranty Returns

UrbanGardening will honor valid warranty claims, provided the claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers are required to pre-pay the return shipping, but we will reimburse this cost once the warranty claim is successful.

Upon receiving returned items, UrbanGardening will process the warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you may choose from the following options:

(a) Refund to your payment method
(b) Refund in store credit
(c) A replacement item (if available)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time in Thailand

Generally, domestic shipments within Thailand are in transit for 2 - 7 days.

4.2 Transit time Internationally

For international orders, shipments typically take 2 - 14 days, depending on your location and courier choice. We can provide a more specific estimate at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment.

Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. We take steps to minimize delays during these times.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

We can change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

UrbanGardening will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We do not offer courier services to these locations.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us for an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of their shipment.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If your parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel upon delivery, if possible, and contact customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us for further steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been included in the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, with no additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

9.1 Parcel Damaged in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Parcel Lost in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier investigates and deems the parcel lost.
