Return and Refund

In order to avoid misunderstandings, please review the right to return the ordered goods:

The right to return the purchased goods from growshop.asia is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The right of return has been created to ensure that the sent goods correspond to the order.

Returned goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. In order to use the right of return within the 7-day period, the goods ordered cannot be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and performance of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical shop (Urbangardening Shop, Telliskivi 51C, Tallinn, Estonia).

Returns must be submitted by email at info@growshop.asia within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The application must indicate the name of the person who submitted the order, and the payer (if different from the subscriber), the phone number and email address, the order number, the date of receipt of the order, and the name of the returned goods.

Return of the goods is at the expense of the customer, and in this case, the original transport fee is not reimbursed (unless returned goods are not in accordance with the order).

In addition to the notification of the wish to return the product/products, you are required to return the product/products at the latest within 7 days by using the methodology agreed upon in the email correspondence of growshop.asia.

Money for returned products will be reimbursed to you within 14 days from receipt of the products.

It is advisable for the consumer to inform the seller of the type of payment that he or she would prefer to receive and, if necessary, provide their bank account details. If the seller does not return the money on time, the consumer may file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Board.

In case a credit card was used for the order, the amount paid can be recovered through the company that issued the credit card.

The consumer right of return is provided by law, and there is no special procedure for growshop.asia's online store.
